Practice/Organization Description
Prior to opening her practice, Ms. Schoenefeld practiced law at Messina Law Firm, P.C., Holmdel, New Jersey, where she worked as an associate and currently serves as "of counsel." Ms. Schoenefeld has worked on a number of cases, including complex civil litigation, that involved a broad range of various questions of state and federal substantive law; sophisticated procedural, discovery and evidentiary issues; and post-judgment motions and appeals.
Ms. Schoenefeld has experience in cases involving complex issues of federal and state law, including the Sherman Act; the Lanham Act; the Federal Communications Act; the Truth in Lending Act; the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act; the New Jersey Farmland Assessment Act; the New Jersey Right to Farm Act; business torts of unfair competition, product disparagement, and tortious interference with existing/prospective contractual relationships; construction defects; zoning laws and regulations; select topics in Delaware corporate law; evidentiary and discovery disputes, including electronic discovery; and other matters.
